Complex Bill review
Often a medical provider will refuse to negotiate or reduce a medical bill and increased time and attention will be needed to persuade a reduction. Other times, certain complex situations arise which will take many months to resolve. Additional bill reviews may be undertaken due to the multiple back-and-forth nature of these claims.
The result of our efforts are often an greater than expected reduction of costs.
In these instances, due to the complexity, we charge a higher percentage of savings - a rate of 40% - due to increased costs, bringing in experts, attorney review and / or finalizing the agreement in writing or with a contract.
